Storyline

Iman, an Iranian refugee fleeing for his life, arrives on the Greek island of Lesbos and becomes a theater teacher at a refugee school founded by young Israelis. As he bonds with the children, they help heal his emotional wounds, and he becomes a source of hope for them. Together, they create a play about the refugee experience. Just as Iman begins to feel safe and at home, tensions on the island erupt, culminating in a fascist attack that burns the school down. Now, Iman must choose whether to give in to the fear and trauma that haunt him or find the strength to keep going—for the sake of the children who see in him their only foundation of safety and hope
